Kelly Light draws on the funny side of life. Her fondest childhood memories were spent in the company of cartoons on the screen, television, in the newspaper and down at the corner comic book shop. She's worked in animation, licensed character art and design and children's book illustration. She lives with her family in Long Island and part time in Amherst, MA.

Joy Steuerwald had a pencil in her hand as long as she could grab one. Her art always lent itself to happy, friendly characters, full of color and personality so of course the childrens' market was a natural choice for her. She's worked anywhere from the childrens' "edutainment" industry, animation, product design for giftware, to childrens' book illustrations. Joy lives with her husband, miniature Dachshund and petite tuxedo cat in the Bay Area of CA.

All it took was winning a Color-the-Weather contest for seven-year old Diandra Mae to realize that having an audience appreciate your work was almost better than ice cream. From then on there was always a crayon, pencil, marker or pen in her hand. Bright colors and energetic lines mark her work, making it a perfect fit for the children's market.
